3. Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return your products for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for personalized or damaged products.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Product Quality & Warranty

  • In case of any manufacturing defect, the product will be replaced free of charge under warranty.

  • The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
