Shipping and Returns

As Noiré Eyewear, we see each order as a representation of our brand's elegance and quality, and we approach the shipping process with great care. Your orders are carefully prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment approval and delivered to you by reliable cargo companies with which we have agreements. Delivery time usually varies between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location. Our products are packaged in special packaging to prevent damage during transportation.

We prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. The products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. In cases such as manufacturing errors or incorrect product shipments, shipping costs are covered by us; in returns made due to personal preference, the shipping cost belongs to the customer. In order for the return process to proceed smoothly, you must notify our customer service of your request in advance and fill out the return form that will be sent to you.

After the product reaches us, it is examined by our quality control team and if it meets the return conditions, the refund will be made to you within 5-10 business days. We are here to support you throughout the entire process.
