Your orders are carefully prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment approval and delivered to you by reliable cargo companies with which we have agreements. Delivery time usually varies between 3 and 7 business days depending on your location. Our products are packaged in special packaging to prevent damage during transportation.

We prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. The products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. In cases such as manufacturing errors or incorrect product shipments, shipping costs are covered by us; in returns made due to personal preference, the shipping cost belongs to the customer.
